Thank you for your post and as I have replied to your other posts I do wish to kindly clarify that if we were not being charged for your cancelled booking then we would of course be more than happy to make the full refund for you. I do need your booking tracking number to clarify but as I recall; you have been advised that the hotel would not cancel your booking free of charge but they have offered you the chance to book new dates. I am sure that you can appreciate that any charges passed on by the hotel have already been paid by our company and that we are still
doing all we can to assist you.
