Complete Landscluptures now employs most of Outback Designs staff, they have associated themselves with a group of thieves who left numerous families with unfinished construction processes on their pools. The robbed their vendors and sub contractors by not paying them and/or writing them hot checks, please forward any information you have to Investigator Brian Wolf with the Special Crimes unit of the Denton County District Attorney Offices. Do not trust Complete Landsculptures, while they hold themselves out to be a group of patriots and caring citizens they have no problem with associating themselves with a group of liars, thugs, thieves and con artitist-Gary Ross and his merry band of rogues-folks he "aint" no "Robin Hood" so if you run into this bunch hold onto your wallet and run as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!!! lets see his next rebuttle!!!

All reports reflected here are false, Outback's reputation is easily validated by the honest through correct reporting agencies such as the City of business, BBB and even by the amount of work being performed in a localized area. If you really want know if a pool company does good work, then see if they are working in the off season, such as August through Feb as referrals keep this business moving and Outback has not slowed down. It is a shame to see such inherent weakness in those that post fruadulent reports with no identification to validate the claim.

Ms Emille in Argyle does not exist each of these negative reports about Outback Design were created by the same individual, a cowardly approach to twisting information in order to poison anyone that will listen. I welcome as a Partner in Outback Design for anyone to call for the facts. These details are both twisted and completely fabricated and do not dignify more detail exposed online but for those that might truly be seeking both the one of the most creative construction companies in the Metroplex and the truth to these details I welcome and encourage you to call us. This fabrication was again the creation of the same disgruntle employee who wrote the original email in which he called himself Mary. He will not identify anything that can be traced as this is not an honest person or report and this site qualifies nothing, hence he now only identifies himself as Bill. As the company owner I have taken the time to reply to this email simply as a matter of encouraging those that may actually be mislead by this garbage. This same person has been a coward of this nature since he left the organization and he has managed to be an annoyance to many. It's no surprise that Mary in Flower Mound had problems. It's surprising there aren't many more. While Outback has quite a list of testimonials on the website it's suspicious at best given his reputation in the industry. It would be very interesting to hear Mr. Ross's explanations regarding his experience as a builder (of sorts) and his history in the area.Below are some interesting facts about Outback and Mr. Ross all of which can be documented with either local building authorities the State of Texas. Mr. Ross and a previous partner with a drug conviction built their first pool in Flower Mound on or around August of 2002. This can be confirmed with the Town of Flower Mound permits. Mr. Ross was then doing business as Outback Pools, LLC which he filed with the State Comptroller on January 2003. He incorporated again in May of 2003 under the name Outback Texas Pools, LLC. Both corporations are still active. He is now doing business under the name Outback Design, LLC although there is no record of this corporation with the State of Texas. He became a member of the BBB in April 2005 but states that Outback Design has been in business since January 2000. Not likely or probable but the information was provided to the BBB by Mr. Ross and the BBB does very little if any investigation as long as the membership dues are paid. Weirder yet is the fact that the BBB reports a Mason Ross as the owner of Outback Design. There is no such person. In July 2003 Mr. Ross thought it was appropriate and ethical to steal and record the web domain name of one of his competitors BMR Pools in an attempt to redirect internet leads to his website. Although he has stopped the practice of redirecting Outback still owns the name BMRpools.com. This should tell anyone a lot about Mr. Ross (Courtesy of Network Solutions). While Mr. Ross has a reputation for "stretching the truth" he has stretched a bit much on his own website (which is under the name OutbackPools.com) where he claims that Outback Design has been "locally owned and operated since 1994". First known project 2002. You do the math. It's true what Mary in Flower Mound says about the rumors that Outback (you pick the name) is going out of business. Those rumors have circulated for years. It is a fact that many sub-contractors have not been paid. It would be great if some of them would step to the plate and file their own rip off report. Any prospective consumer should do their own homework prior to entering into any legal agreements with this company, companies or Mr. Ross
