James (Jimmy) Parise will tell you what you want to hear with the experience of a will traind convincy conman!
Do not trust anything he says, he Lies, He's a Swindler, and he is totaly Dishonest.
He sold me on buying a $6,000 rebuilt 200hp outboard motor and gave me an old runout used 225hp motor.
The used motor was not rebuilt and not even recently serviced, Unadulterated Fraud.
The motor condition is POOR. low compression, old kinked, chafing, and leaking fuel lines, clogged and inop fuel pumps, injector wires broken, even the lower unit oil was black and old rusted wrong size spark plugs.
