Outdoor Power Depot Verbally Assaulted Fredericksburg, Virginia
Worst business I have ever seen. I called to ask a question and the clerk was extremely rude. When I told him his customer service skills were lacking he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager fully expecting to let them know they had a problem employee on their hands only to get an even bigger jerk on the phone who likewise hung up on me. I was so upset I actually drove to the business to speak to the real owner because I couldn't believe anyone would allow an employee to act like that with a customer. When I got there I was confronted by a mentally unstable, bald, fat guy who began cursing at me and came around the counter like he was going to assault me. He then threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing. Unbelievable! I wouldn't trust these crooks and incompetents with anything of value nor would I purchase any product from them. I filed a complaint with the Virginia Better Business Bureau, the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, and the State Attorney General's office.
Additionally, this place advertises themselves as an authorized Lund dealer. I contacted Lund and told them of my experience and they assured me that Outdoor Power Depot is NOT an authorized dealer. They are not listed on Lund's website. As far as I'm concerned this place is practicing false advertising. If you don't believe me just check out any number of other sites with customer reviews. I hope you don't become another victim of these scum
