Outlook Skateboards outlook skateboards - more than 10 months, one apology, one excuse and still waiting for order. Battery Park Virginia
Todays date is August 5 2008 and I placed my order on October 2 2007. After waiting for a month or so with no goods or contact other than my purchase confirmation I began sending emails to the address listed on there website. After I had sent numerous messages I recieved an email from the owner (Vince Hamilton), this was on December 2 2007. The email was very appologetic, explained the reason for the delay and promised to rectify the situation as well as throw in a free t shirt as well as some other freebees due to the delay. At this point I felt confident that the issues for my order had been resolved and I awaited my order.
On December 27 2007 I recieved an email stating that there had been a fire and that the order would be delayed again. This was the last time I've heard anything from Outlook Skateboards. I've sent numerous emails regarding my order but have not had a response. I realize that a fire would cause a delay but this fire occured over 7 months ago. I have never had such a difficult and frustrating time dealing with an online company.
