Overflow Trucking Arested for Account Fraud, left me stranded for 33 hours Senoia Georgia
After limiting my advances to just enough to get enough fuel to pickup and deliver a load. I had to use canned food I had gotten with food stamps before he "hired" me. I drove loads from Georgia to Oklahoma and Texas, then to Rising Fawn, Ga. where I got the word that the owner of Overflow Trucking was in jail for account fraud, I was stuck there for 33 hours until he got bonded out. That load of Avacodos was ruined, I never got paid for that load nor any others. He still ows me over $7000.00 for miles driven. He won't answer his phone, and never returns his phone calls. The only paycheck he ever gave me bounced.
He won't repair his trucks, even though he promises to. Then when you tell him the truck must be fixed, he forgets you ever existed He won't dispatch you, he won't even acknowledge you exist. If you ever are involved in a DOT inspection, you will be written up, he won't be the one to pay the fines, you will.
He gets all the money for his trips and you, his driver, have just donated 3 weeks or more of your life to his income.
Don't let the ball cap he wears with JESUS on the bill fool you. This man bears all the appearances of being a criminal.
