On December 1st, a Canon 5D Mark III was ordered.  Didn’t want to accept credit card and requested money transfer for $3,000.00 dlls. Instead they sent a Canon 7D. On the email they sent instead of an invoice, it does not specify order placed nor item sent, but after the sell they tried to offer a warranty extension for the Canon 5D.

I  tried to talk to somebody at “customer service” because they sent a Canon 7D instead of a Canon 5D Mark III. He said that the order is correct, for a 7D ($3,000.00 dollars for a 7D! this one is discontinued!) and immediately accused me of “writing bad s*** of them on internet. Then, he hangs up on me after telling me that he will not answer me until I erase the alleged complaints on internet.  We are filing a complaint with the http://www.ftc.gov/about-ftc/bureaus-offices/bureau-consumer-protection and will start posting EVERYWHERE about their bad service and attitude until we get a refund.  We want our money back, no restocking fee or stuff like that. Since fraud over the internet is a Federal Crime, a federal agency has being notified. And now, I am getting harassing phone calls from them, person calling was rude and offensive. I had to hang up the phone until he stop calling, demanding with fault language that I retire my review posts on other sites. Be aware of this fraudulent company, on www.scamadviser.com the are rated as “high risk” and possible fraud.
