Okay, to compile onto these other reports I too fell victim to the smooth talkin jerks with the same offer for 2000 dollar limit for 249.00. I take playing with my money very personal even if I am sucker enough to fall for it.

So I did some repetitive calling. I called the "number" they give out (866) 333 7715. Now everyone else says they dont get an answer or an answering machine and granted I did have that happen about 43 times, then some one picked up.

I immmediatly asked what company i was talking to and they said they were Maxwell ICC (international Call Center) and that they handled many accounts and that I should call back in half an hour and speak to a vince foligno. The company is based near anchorage alaska supposedly.

Now after many more unsuccesful calls I actually got through to a vince foligno. My frustration had risen quite high and after a little bit of venting as to the horrible state of service his company provided, I then told him that I did not know if his company was legitimate or not but that I would go off the assumption that, since it was a many multi cliented call center, they were legitimate.

At first he was quite rude but it could have been a natural response to my anger. After some calming down he told me that all clients are up for review every six months and that oxford had been a client with them for a couple years and that they just passed a review around june (when a lot of these calls started.)

I told him that soon, if not already from what i read, there would be a high volume of complaints to which he responded that he would pass on the information to the "directors" whoever they are. Now granted, I have had a lot of acting lessons and although i believe the intial salesman I could tell that this Vince Foligno character was not being straightforward and was covering up something.

Then he told me to try back in half an hour cause the system was down. Im not going to, because thats what the initial operator told me and i dont want to make another 50 something calls in a row. Oh and if you left a message, like many of you say you did. Hes not listening.

So theres a new update as to some investigation I did into the matter. No one else is gonna do it so i might as well. any other info people have would be appreciated

i mentioned maxwell call center but i believe it might be maxlaska call center as in max alaska. so Maxlaska ICC (international call center) I tried looking them up as both names and they dont exist anywhere i see. Sounds like a multi cooperative effort between scam artists. is there like a secret con artist club that i dont know about or something? cause these guys work better together than any one ive seen if that is the case. but yeah thats my update.
