Pa Deals Zack Weist Was supposed to buy a house from us through realtor, did something very unethical Harrisburg, Pennsylvania .
We had a house listed by a realtor, the price was 59,000, Zak Weist of pa. deals came and looked at it, made an offer of 40,000. Qutie a low ball offer so we countered of course, so he wanted to look at it again, second time, we finally agreed on 45,000. We just completd new fllooring, painted the whole place and some new fixtures. Origianlly when he made the offer he said it was a cash deal and we would settle in 2 weeks with no inspections. Well when we finally signed papers which he procratinated he wanted it to be a month until we settled. so we agreed. So the house was off the market for a month, so nobody else could look at it and a 2 days before settlement, he did a walk through, now bear iin mind he is an investor and has website for investors so you would think he knows what he is doing. So after final walkthrough he backs out of the deal. We were very upset to say the least beccause it was november when he backed out and then its the holdiays so we lost all that time plus we got wind that he was trying to even low ball us more about 13,000 less than the 45,000. We had heard that he does this. This was so unethical. If he didn't want the property why would he let us take it off the market for a month. He is supposed to be this big time investor and he just screwed us. We didn't to anything but try to accomodate him. To us and people that is aware of his business, he is a total scheister. He should not be allowed to do business. Hopefully you will print this to let other people know before they get tangled up with him.
