As I have read many ripoff reports on this company now, I can relate to how all these other individuals are feeling, we started working with Pacific air conditioning and heating inc a little over a year ago. they would call us for service calls,repairs and maintenances. we would go out and do the work and fax the invoice to them ON TIME. about 6-8 months ago we stopped recieving  payment, we would call everyday and email to get an answer on when we would be paid. in the beginning they told us they needed our invoices to pay us. we sent them everything. then they told us we would possibly not be paid due to the fact we were late on sending out the invoices, WHAT! they never informed us if they were missing invoices until it was too late. after getting some taken care of they were still giving us work till this day we have not recieved a check from them. we have been awaiting a check they have told us is printed but not signed for the past 2 and half months now. when we try to get through to somebody they all give us the same answer, most of the employees are really rude. they have told us we could speak with the owner dennis graham but whenever we call for him he is never there or is on vacation. they owe us tons of money and have yet to pay us. we have learned they also go under essential retail services and american services.

my advice for any company considering subcontracting with this company DONT DO IT! stay as far as away as you can. it is not worth the time!!

These people, aka Essential Retail Services, aka Vitek Mortgage Group, aka Pacific Air Conditioning & Heating sing this same old song while STILL DEFRAUDING THEIR VENDORS.  In my experience they run you in circles wasting your time, but they never pay!

To say they can't pay because their customers demand timely invoices is nonsense.  Try not paying an employee for work they did a month ago. You'll find yourself looking at a State's Attorney. And you can be sure Pacific got paid, even though you didn't.

We do not know who this vendor is, but regret this vendor did not pay attention to the scope of work,

or the Terms of the Purchase Order!  We have many Retail Customers who require the invoice submittal within a specified period from the service date.   We place multiple calls and requests to request this submittal prior to this cut-off date.  This Vendor was non-responsive within their administration.

We have over 10,000 Vendors working with us, and at times, will obtain a Vendor who misses requirements in our industry.
