Wow, 2 years that this website has received reports from tradeworks.com and they still are acting out there, they still got the upper hand... I am glad there is a website such as this one to raise awareness, but it's sad that I am adding a new entry, one that should never have existed.

I am 20 years old, married (yes but that doesn't concern the report, anyways...), working part-time because my store doesn't have enough business lately, getting paid 7 dollars an hour, struggling to pay my bills, etc...

When I signed up for the eAuction kit, it was just for the trial, just like everyone else who is reading this. I realize I made a mistake in not researching enough, however to know I am not the first one to go through this and that 50 dollars in my account is not as much as 1000 on others' makes me feel a little better, but still, robbing a candy from a store or a TV are both bad things, no matter how much more valuable the TV is.

I have to pay my rent, if it wasn't for my wife working as well, we wouldn't make it; I am scared that my bank account has a computer virus-like infection that won't go away. I called Tech Support today, and it feels like it's only one man to attend the whole world, because I called twice and I heard the same voice. In my opinion, this means they expect people to call for that sole reason only; in other words, it is premeditated THEFT in mass quantity that apparently has been working for years.

It upsets me to know so many people that have filed complaints against these companies and they are still out there. Unfortunately I do not have the power to stop this scam, only the power of my words to spread them all around.

This is something that I won't get over for a long time, especially when I look at my fridge and I see that lack food, or that I cannot put gas on my car, because 50 dollars might not seem much to most people, but to me, every penny counts.

Everyone has life challenges that they have to face, and its important that before you do anything that you read the terms and conditions. I signed up for the program and read the terms and conditions. It clearly states that after the 14 days your billed. If you dont cancel your account within the trial period then you would get billed. I find the program useful and think its a great service. If you dont read the terms and conditions its no ones fault but your own, dont report the company as a rip off because you didnt read the terms and conditions which were provided in 3 different locations and dont check the box that says I agree to the terms and conditions. Im sorry for your financial situation, but dont take it out on companies providing service which costs them money to do.
