This is a sad situation, I see all of these complaints and no one has shut these scumbags down. I am a single mom and god knows I have never even heard of these people. When you get someone on the line they talk to you as if you ripped them off.
I could tell these were real low budget employees that had answering the phone. I am not going to give up on getting my money back.
