I called my bank and filed an objection to the transaction, cancelled my Debit Card and issued a new one. I filed a police report with my local police. I called the FBI and was referred to the online claims website, where I filed an online complaint. I e-mailed the Salt Lake City Police Department with details of my complaint. I filed an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I e-mailed the company, got no reply. I called on the phone, first time got nowhere, second time, instructed to FAX a copy of my police report and bank documents to the FRAUD Division at Pacific Webware, my refund was in my bank account in about a week. Keep after them!! Nag them, hound them, do everything possible to bring them to the attention of law enforcement officials. I got my money back, you can too. In the mean time, I wonder why it's taking the authorities so long to shut this operation down.

In addition to all that may have been done, this matter should be referred to the Salt Lake City Police Department, since these crimes are taking place on their turf. If nothing else fails, the more names and addresses they get related to this complaint, the more likely they are to take it seriously and they may be the ones to call in the FBI for help in nailing this den of thieves. Google search Salt Lake City Police and e-mail them through their "contact us" link and you might copy and paste the URL for this complaint page into your e-mail for their reference. Let's do all we can to bring these criminals to justice.
