I paid PPC $39.95 to renew my unlimited minutes/text like I usually do on my due date. I did it on the 13th, then two days later, it said that I had $0.00 balance and I needed to add some money. I contacted the customer service, which it takes forever, I mean forever for them to answer. PPC has the worst customer support you will ever run into. When I explained what happened to the rep, he stated that it was nothing he could do. He first said since I paid on the the 13th before midnight, my data plan began eating up the balance. The $39.95 was sitting in the account and since I paid before the midnight hour, it automatically went into the regular pay plan. Which is $0.42 per minute and their was nothing that could be done. PPC is now finding ways to get more money out of their customers. *****Beware***** If you pay on your due date before midnight,and you don't have any data left, it will automatically switch to regular payment plan and you will have to pay again, like I did in two days. By the way, there is no specific due date. The first guy lied to me and said it was on due on the 14th, the so-called manager came and said the 13th with a condescending  manner, the way he explained. They have horrible phones, and the only pda that can be used with PPC is the motorola Q. Like all companies, when they think they are off the ground, they start looking for way to screw people.*****Beware***** I am not usually the one to write about a company, but PPC was very deceiving and crooked.
