Although I understand your anger, I just ask that you direct it in the correct direction. If you bought your refill pin from a reseller, then your beef needs to be with that particular retailer. PagePlus is not responsible for your dealings with the reseller. The reseller, however, should be willing to resolve your issue due to their personnel, and if they refuse to do so, or give you the run around, then by all means, go after them with everything you have. Any business who take advantage of customers are scabs on the face of small business, and should not be allowed to operate. The reseller with whom you made the transaction has their own business license, separate from Page Plus.

I would like to correct the person before me to begin with. The consumer DID name the business which is affiliated with Page Plus Cellular which caused him the issue...that company is Page Plus Wireless. So please read a little more carefully next time and you could avoid writing any more excuses for them. Page Plus Cellular should be responsible for what Page Plus Wireless is doing to people. I'm sorry but if someone was giving my company a bad reputation I just believe I would have to put a stop to it. My problem is similar to the person before me who started this off. I created an account with their company on 11-04-12 in hopes of paying my bill because the Page Plus Cellular website was having issues and wouldn't load for some reason. After filling everything out, giving my debit card information and going through the checkout process I waited for my "instant PIN" to be emailed to me like stated on the website...but never received one. Signed back onto the website to check the status of my order and the status was "waiting". I thought there may have been a hold up with my financial institution so I called them...come to find out the $55 had been withdrawn and cleared from my account. I then signed back on to Page Plus Wireless to check the status of my order only to find that it was now saying there hadn't been an order placed. I tried calling 3phone numbers given on their website to contact them...2 I spent almost an hour on hold waiting for "the next available representative" only to be sent to voicemail after the extremely long wait on both numbers...then.called the 3rd number only to be sent straight to a voicemail box for someone named Carlo or something. I ended up leaving 7 different voicemails and have sent 2 emails to "customer support" and still have not heard anything from this so called "company" in response.

First off, I am sorry about your problem dealing with a dealer of Page Plus Cellular.
As a dealer of PPC, I can state what Page Plus Cellulars obligations may or may not be to a consumer and/or it's dealers. Unfortunately, as with any company that has resellers/dealers of their products there stands a chance of being those who are less than reputable in the dealings. This sounds like the case with whom you dealt with. However, also in all of these companies defenses, they are not responsible for the mistakes, that a company may make in trying to sell their products.
Page Plus Cellular cards and PINS can be purchased directly from their website at www.pagepluscellular.com, as well as many of their dealers, including me, at www.microcompsunlimited.com/pagepluscellular.aspx. However, where you are purchasing from is who is responsible for how your card or financial institution is billed and not PAGE PLUS. They are in no way responsible, and would have no paper work to send any institution regarding a purchase you would make through them or me.
I am writing this in defense of them for that reason, as this report lists them as the company causing the problem, with no mention of the name of the actual dealer that caused the problem. I hope that you may make an ammendment or change to your complaint to reflect the name of the actual business that caused you the problem, and not Page Plus Cellular, as they had no way of changing how you did business with another company, even if that company was selling their product. That would be like trying to sue Ragu, because K-Mart overcharged you on a jar of their spaghetti sauce.
