See what happens when you try to help people? I allowed this girl into my home. We chatted. She was very knowledgeable and well spoken. I think know that she was just "well trained"! Subscribed to a magazine I found of interest to me. As she left, my brother in law commented, "well, you'll never see her again, your money, or your magazine"!
How right he was! Do thses people think we work hard for our money just so they can steal it from us? If there are so many rip off reports... why are they still operating? I hope "Fagen" and all his little "Olivers" end up in some serious s**t! They deserve anything horrible that happens to them. Especially JESSICA GLEASON! You have got balls girl! Coming into my house, chatting with me and knowing full well you were ripping me off! Sleep well at night?

After my last update I did not hear back again. So I prepared to launch a tirade of letters and messages, daily if necessary! I sent them a message reconfirming that I indeed wanted a refund. The next day I received a message stating that a refund had been mailed on 1/27/03. I got my refund today! I was completely amazed! I really didnt think I would get anywhere with this. I do not retract my original thoughts, I think this company operates in a very shady manner. But, I am glad to have my money back. Next mission... see if it clears! Try to email the company if you are unhappy, it actually worked for me!

When I filed my rip off report I was very upset. I went looking for info on Palmetto Marketing and found nothing good! I had given them my money and had received nothing in return. I had waited the 120 days and then some. Taking the advice of another reporter, I emailed the company. Well, to my surprise I received a response quite quickly. I was advised that they do not even offer the magazine I ordered. I was offered another in it's place or a refund of my money. I am still irritated with the company and do not wish for them to have my business or my money. We will see if their offer is an honest one, and I get my money refunded. My feelings toward Palmetto Marketing remain the same. I would and have advised everyone I could to steer clear of them. My advice to you is to email them and see what they can or will do for you.
