Palmetto Marketing Ripoff! TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY! STAY AWAY! FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Coral Springs Florida
This morning around 11:00 a young girl by the name of "Tiffany Wonder" came to my apartment complex asking me to place a order for magnizines so that she could win a trip to cancun.She said she needed 20,000 pts but only had 18,675.I wanted to help her so i decided to place a order for 2 yrs of seventeen and 3yrs of ym(teen magnizines)totaling $40.00 plus a 10.00 processing fee. I gave her a check and off she went. She was really nice, about 19 or 20 yrs of age, telling me she was in attending USF.
About an hour after she left I started wondering if it was a scam, so I get on the computer and look up Palmetto Marketing Inc. thats funny I cant find it.Then I get on google and start a search, finding all of these ripoff reports about it.So I call PMI to cancel my order and they give me a bogus fax # that doesnt work. I called Wachovia to do a stop payment on my check costing me $30.00, which makes me very upset.I only get $20 out of $50 THATS RIDICULOUS!! PMI will be paying for my stop payment fee!!
p.s. Why isn't this company shut down? We need to get together and take action against them!
