Panacea Global Mahmood Moshiri, Binnay Sethi, Mike Sethi Do Not invest with Panacea Global! its Stock and Investment fraud by Mahmood Moshiri and Binnay Sethi Canada and USA Nationwide
Mahmood Moshiri, Binnay Sethi and Panacea Global are approaching innocent people and scamming them by making them invest in a fake and fraudulent company! here are some facts about these guys and thier company:
1) The company CEO Dr. Mahmood Moshiri is not a doctor in Canada or Even USA! He pretends to be a famous Doctor! All Panacea Global SEC fillings and documents showing that he is a Doctor are Fraud and false. Before Panacea Global scam he was pretending to be a doctor specializing in Diets and weight loss in Canada. When you check with Canadian and USA authorities, you will see that he has never had a license in Canada or USA ever!
2) The other main guy in Panacea Globa is Mike Sethi, (His real name however is Binnay Sethi)! he is an Indian Guy who cleaned offices for living and now is Board Member of this Publicly traded company!
3) There is a Big $20+ Million Fraud Lawsuit against them in Canada by bunch of early shareholders and investors!
4) They are raising money form many innocent investors for Panacea but this is just a scam for Mahmood Moshiri and Mike Sethi to pay themselves high salaries. The company hasn't generated revenues in 3 years!
5) I know several people who have filled a Fraud Report with SEC with regards to this publicly traded company and I have been told by few good sources that SEC is looking and investigating them.
Stay away from Mahmood Moshiri and Binnay Sethi and Panacea Global!
