Panama Hats Direct company saw my complaint on your site and contacted me. They took immediate steps to make me whole by sending me the beautiful handcrafted Fedora style Panama hat that I had originally ordered and paid for four years ago. They expressed regret for the error and assured me it was an unintentional (and rare) mix up of my order. Thanks to Ripoffreport.com for all the help!!!! J.Dunn
