Panasonic replaced my brand DEFECTIVE from the factory computer monitor with another brand new monitor that started to go bad after a few months.

Then they replaced that monitor with a beat-up "refurbished" one that they dropped and THEN placed in the shipping carton and tried to blame UPS for the damage. They also forgot to hook up two wires inside that were for electrical safety.

That monitor was replaced with another "refurbished" monitor that arrived with a big gouge on the face -- a gouge they knew about before shipping, and the picture would blink between dim and bright and tilt a few degrees because something was loose inside. They also forgot to install a steel plate inside for prevention of electrical shock -- a pretty large piece of metal that should have been hard to miss.

Do NOT buy Panasonic products if you expect decent warranty service from them because you could end up with something not only defective but also potentially dangerous, and this company just doesn't care.
