Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I'm not one to complain when I go out to eat... but this just has to be told!  I've been hearing about this Panera Bread for years, so I finally decided to go check it out.  I should've turned around and walked out the second I opened the door...

There was a line about 30 people, all ranting and raving about how slow everything was.  Several people screaming, chants of people saying "We-Want-Serv-ice!", then clapping in unison as if they were at a baseball game.  "We-Want-Serv-ice!" chants echoed over and over throughout the entire establishment.  Several staff members held up middle fingers at the crowd of customers, while several others took off their work aprons and just heaved it at us all.  I even saw one guy make a sandwich for someone, and then as he handed it to the customer, he yelled "CHOKE ON THAT, BABY!", then he made little pistol gestures with his hands and screamed "BA-BOOM!!!" directly in the guy's face!  It reminded me of "Shooter McGavin" when he made the 30-foot putt in "Happy Gilmore".  I have to admit, at this point I was laughing...

I was laughing for a total of about three minutes when things began to get serious.  A huge riot started between customers and staff, as I saw chairs being tossed, tables being flipped, legs being snapped, and cheek bones being broken!  I was just trying to avoid the situation, so I turned around to head out, however there were about 30 more people standing behind me in line!  I couldn't go anywhere!  My only option was to defend myself in case anyone wanted to throw punches, and just stand in line...

I was pleasantly surprised to get called next in line after only ninety minutes of waiting.  I knew what I wanted immediately.  "Can I get a number 4 please?", to which the guy behind the counter angrily rang up my order, with a shaved head, a mohawk standing a foot in the air, earrings throughout his entire face and tattoos on every inch of his body.  I couldn't help but stare blankly and directly at the three "tear drop" tattoos coming down his eye.  This guy looked like he had just busted out of prison!  I moved aside to wait for my "combo # 4"...

I finally get my "combo", which was $11.49 plus tax, and was simply handed a "sandwich" which looked like nothing but a slice of bread.  "Where's the chips and the drink?" I asked.  The jail bird behind the counter started immediately hitting himself in the head so hard over and over again until he knocked himself completely out!  "What the hell is going on here?!" I thought to myself.  A young girl then ran over to the counter and screamed in my face "SIR!  YOU ONLY GOT THE NUMBER 4!"  Instead of saying "It doesn't come with anything", she stated "That don't come with s***!"  Completely unprofessional from my perspective!

I sat down to try to at least enjoy my meal of what has alread been one of the most horrific experiences of my life, outside of 9/11.  As I'm looking at my sandwich, I notice simply a huge piece of bread.  I took the top off my bread just to see what they put in it, which was absolutely nothing!  I couldn't even find my piece of chicken!  I felt like a contestant on "Family Double Dare" on the "PB & J" obstacle looking for the flag.  I even had someone leaning over my shoulder screaming "There it is!  There it is!  Grab it!", as they pointed out my piece of chicken in which you needed almost a microscope to find!  I ate my piece of crap "sandwich", which the bread was stale anyway, and got up to leave now hungrier than I was when I first walked in.

Just as I was about to exit the doors in complete disgust,  I heard "HEY, A_ _ Hole!", to which it made me turn around of course, only to see the now-conscious and alert jail bird employee screaming "HOW YOU AIN'T LEAVIN' NO TIP?!"  I told him "I've got two words for ya!":  SUCK IT!!!

Worst experience I've ever had!  Someone please put this Panera Bread out of business!

This sounds more like some kid who is doing a homework assignment for their creative writing class.  If you are a Jr High or lower I'd give you about a B+, If you are in High School or College about a B-/C+.

You are actually very lucky and probably don't even realize it.  As if it wasn't so over the top you may actually have found yourself on the receiving end of a Libel Suit.

I just want to know one thing...where is the video?
