PAPSystem, PAP.COM, United Net Services, Phil Piccolo rip off scam con artists screwed others too Light House Point Florida
PAP System is operating as a sponsoring system for Unites Net Services. He is charging a minimum of $1,000 for 20 United Net Services signups. He even guarantees that that if you don't make you money back just off of new member bonuses, he will give you more signups. The problem is that he is getting these signups from "Pay Per Action" advertising. In other words, he is buying them from another company. These people are paid a small amount to signup for free programs on the internet and they have NO intention on actually following through with anything they signup for.
When I first joined United Net Services, I used PAP System also. I got my 20 signups almost immediately, after a month went by and I saw zero activity from these signups I started to get suspicious. A couple of weeks later one of them e-mail me and asked my if I would stop sending them e-mails.
I responded and asked why, due to the fact that they were the ones that signed up with the company. That is when they told me that they were affiliated with the "Pay Per Action" company and that they were sorry if I had been misleaded.
I brought this matter up to PAP System and Phil Piccolo and asked for a complete refund. Since then Phil Piccolo has agreed in an e-mail to give me a 100% refund of the $1,000 but has not fullfilled his end of the agreement. I also cannot get a response from him either on the status of my refund.
