Additional Information: He claims that the account was linked to a PSN account and Mobile account, my question is if everything was changed and I can't even login without authenticating how is he able to see that?
Also why wouldn't he tell me what PSN was linked to the account? I never asked for a refund or replacement, I asked him to get me actual access to the account and he tries to call me a liar and a scammer. All I want is the account I paid for.
