We entered into a contract with Paradise Plus Travel of 17 S Ft Lauderdale Blvd #300, Ft Lauderdale, Florida 33316, AKA Wholesale Travel Worldwide, 501 Silverside Road #150, Wilmington, Delaware 19809 on 7/31/14.  They claim to be affiliated with CLIA, A R C, ASTA, Vacation.com and Florida Caribbean Cruise Association. This is even published on their marketing material and is also fraudulent.   The purchase agreement  had a price match guarantee and also a 5 yr peace of mind guarantee that we would save as much as the membership cost ($2,995.00).  However, we have had them bid 3 separate vacation pkgs and they have not been able to beat the prices we sent them in writing from other online vendors.  When we sent a letter attempting to exercise our right to a full refund they have not responded.  Neither in writing or by phone.  We have left numerous messages on the phone with the Marketing Director, Donnie Orlekoff, of Daytona, FL 843-446-7157, that sold the package to us and with Paradise Plus 954-607-3061.  Their phone number that is "listed" to Paradise Plus Travel rings to a man's voice mail.  We have left multiple messages to that number as well.  We sent a letter on August 26, 2015 requesting a refund with copies of the signed guarantees.  I have emails from their representatives telling me to go with what I found because they could not come close to the price I had.  I have filed complaints with every regulatory channel known for assistance on resolution. As a consumer I am very interested in what kind of oversight there is for this type of ripoff?  It appears there is no consequence as they are still published on the Internet www.ParadisePlusTravel.com.  Taking advantage of other every day.  They collect dues from an outfit in SC called Member Services Group, so obviously we are dealing with 3 states and their laws regarding this kind of commerce.  I have lodged my complaints in Florida and Delaware. Buyer BEWARE, this company appears to have NO INTEGRITY!
