Paramount Jason Cambell Threatened litigation and to be served papers for a non paid paydayloan with Advance america Internet
This company call from a 386-232-9077 number and then tells you to call 800-250-6094 that a litgation is in process but that they do not have the current address to have you seved by local court and local police . So called the 800-250-6094 and spoke to a Jason Cambell who says that I have a payday loan that was not paid and if I wish to resolve the matter I can take care of it now or they will continue to try and locate me at the address on file or local family members and prosecute me in court at the local Richland County court house in columbia SC.
I did not pay anything I told them to stop calling and if they were legitimate that they can send me the original documents with my signiture on this pay day loan, they refused and got hostile saying that if they win in court they can garnish my wages and throw the book at me and make me pay more money. I again told them to stop calling but then they kept calling when I blocked thier numbers they call from another number 800-250-6414 and then it starts all over again from the same people claiming I owe money that they are a litigation company with Parmount across the country that has mutiple locations.
I hope this helps other consumers and can help catch these scam artists.
