Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had recently came across an AD for pardon and waiver services.I clicked on the AD because thirty years ago I had some minor criminal charges," all before I was the age of 18" that I wanted to clear up. The company was called" Pardons and Waivers Service Canada ". Someone from the company contacted me explaining that the fee would be around 1500.00 dollars ."To so call help me". I even explained that I was in school right now; not working and that money was tight," Ms.Stacy Bailey was very nice and said she knows how tough it can be in school"  . They sent me some information how to pay them and how I could go and get my prints done at the RCMP office in my home town. First red flag went off when their emails would only go to my junk mail box. Second red flag went off when they told me that I would need to pay for my prints myself" On top of there outrageous fee" and the RCMP looked after the mailing off of my prints. I went online and found out that the only other fee other my 65 dollars for my prints was 631 dollars for my waiver and that was it. There was nothing to it and a lot quicker then I was told by PWC. I sent a email saying that I was not intrested to Pardons and Waivers Canada because It was a too expensive . They told me because they started the process I will be charged 250 for cancelling.

They never did anything except telling me the hours  RCMP could do my prints for me. Not only that, I never agreed to anything or signed anything!! Stacy cleverly got my full adress from me while she said it was how to find out where the RCMP was located, I should have seen through it.. I am sure a bill is on the way to my adress. THIS COMPANY PRAYS ON PEOPLE... DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVISE TO GET THESE SCAMMERS OFF MY BACK..

Blank commments by NO Named persons saying it has come to OUR attention this customer is NOT an actual customer sound like a WEAK WEAK attempt to silence a clear complaint.

After a stupid pot charge over ten years ago, I can finally claim a clean record thanks to the only company that delivered on they're promises. I have been throug and hell back with a number of different agencies promising "Fast Track Services". Pardons and Waivers Canada was the first company that was honest about my chances for getting a Pardon and how long it was going to take. I started to get frustrated how long it was taking so I called the court that was procesing my claim that PWOC sent them. They explained to me that they were backlogged but that they'd gotten all the papers they needed from PWoC.  Its been 14 months since I started the process with them and last Friday I got my CONGRATULATIONS letter in the mail! I finally got my pardon!!! thanks PWoC! party time!!!!
