After speaking with customer service several times in one week, I was given approval for a full refund. A week after this, I receive an e-mail that my piece has been shipped by FedEx. I called customer service and she asked if I now wanted it. I told her I would not do business with their company and did not want the merchandise which was sent grossly overdue. We had to refuse the delivery because of this companies terrible service, and are still waiting for our refund to show up on our credit card statement.
