My close girlfriend decided upon this company to host her bachelorette party. As a party of 20, we were each charged approximately $215 for:

5:45PM Hotel Pick up in our Party Bus/Party Limo from Cosmopolitan (Private Bus) 6:00PM Prix-fixe Classic Rock dinner menu (All Inclusive) at The Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip! 7:45PM Pick up in our Party Bus/Party Limo (Private Bus) 8:00PM OGs Men of Olympia (Hosted VIP Entry/Free House Shot) 9:15PM Pick up in our Party Bus/Party Limo (Private Bus) 9:30PM Check in at the Hard Rock Cafe (Strip Location), meet your Host for the All-In Party Tour, and receive 2-for-1 Smirnoff specials. Once everyone has checked in we will jump on the Party Bus (Mix and Mingle Bus) and get the Party started! We start the night with a Champagne Toast and ice cold Bud Light. We then head down the strip to Haze located inside the Aria. After partying at Haze, we will board the Party Bus (Mix and Mingle Bus) again but this time it is stocked with complimentary Premium Vodka with Cranberry or 7UP, Captain Morgan & Coke, and Bud Light. We now head out for a Mini Strip Tour and stop at the World Famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign for a group picture! After our stop at the sign we make our way to Surrender located at the Encore. We're still not done yet! After Partying at Chateau we jump onto our Party Bus (Mix and Mingle Bus) again to enjoy complimentary drinks. Finally, we will arrive at PURE located at Caesars Palace around 2:00AM 4:00AM Party Bus/Limo Pickup at PURE for return to Cosmopolitan (Private Bus) |

Although venues were subject to change as stated in their disclaimer, around the 7:45 mark is where the tour all started to slip downhill. We were taken to Hustler for the male strip club instead of OGs. I guess by proxy we werent given a "free house shot" since the venue changed. After being sorely disappointed with the performers at Hustler and paying for our own alcoholic beverages we were then transported back to Hard Rock where we were supposed to check in and board the "mingle bus".
This is where we were all fed different information. We weren't even offered the 2-1 Smirnoff specials and again paid fulled price for drinks. We were supposed to attend Haze night club and then we were told that we'd be going to Light instead; the reason being that Haze was over-sold or booked. As a local, I know several hosts and directors of these clubs. I contacted the director and was told that was not true and to come to the club. I explained this to our host "Danny Boy" only to be told that this was the information that he had gotten from his superiors. Since we were being fed crap I asked to speak to a superior or supervisor. He put me on his cellphone with a woman named "Angel" . I explained to her that our party was extemely confused and being told different information and were extremely disatisified with the services so far. At that point she suggested that we cancel the remaining portion of the trip. I told her that we had already spent out money and just wanted the services we paid for. She then told me I was talking over her and then rudely hung up on me even though I had paused in my anger and given her the opportunity to speak.
Again, no one seemed to have any clear-cut answers. After feeling left with no alternative we boarded the "mingle bus" to find another party of guests just as confused as we were. The bus was overloaded and there werent enough seats for everyone and the men were made to stand. We were promised a champagne toast and there wasnt even enough champagne available for everyone on the overly-packed bus. And no "ice-cold Bud-lite" for you beer drinkers. We were transported to Light to where we were promised VIP entrance and no line-waits. We were dropped off at the side of the casino where we had to walk almost a half-block to the casino entrance. I requested that we be dropped off in front as we were a party of 20 women all wearing heels as the occasion fit. Again, no accommodation.
We were herded into the lobby of the hotel and stood in line and waited in irritation because we were promised no line waits. After making it halfway to the beginning of the line we were redirected back to the end of the line where we started. At this point the bride was fed up and as a group we collectively decided to end the tour. $140 dollars for a limo large enough to accommodate us and $500 later for table service we finally salvaged what was left of the night at Haze which unironically, was not oversold ;-).
The point...save your money unless you want confusion and to be forced to do it without the "premium beverages" ambiguously promised on your trip. My advice to them is if youre going to shaft people, make sure theyre drunk enough so they wont realize that venues are changing on the fly with no reasoning or explanation, there's no alcohol as promised and you'll have to stand in line as well as stand on a overly-packed bus. Oh, and ladies, dont wear high heels; you'll be walking!
My advice to you:
Pre-game with alcohol or better yet, save your $4000.00 and call a VIP host at one of the clubs on the strip. $4000 will get you more than enough alcohol maybe even a bottle or two of Dom P. to celebrate correctly with your closest friends and family AND kid-glove service. Hell, we got 2 bottles of Vodka and mixers for $500 total. Do the math or you'll get shafted. We just so happen to have forgotten the lube that night. Avoid the tours at all costs unless you popped a Valium and have low blood pressure.
