pass-guarantee.com claims if you buy their exam questions, study hard, you will pass the exam, and if you don't, they will give you your money back. guarantee. well after going around for 2 weeks(they kept asking for failed microsoft report exam, which I sent them 4 times), vincent and michael finally stopped answering my emails. so I finally decided to file a claim with my bank to settle this for me. they are a bunch of scum. they advertise money back guarantee, but don't stand up to it. do not buy anything from them. if you do and fail and don't get a response from them, just file with your credit card company. this is fraud and they are very good at it.

Dear Fake User Bbbeanb,
We know exactly who you are and we know exactly what competitor you are.
The fake score reports you submitted and the Paypal account you have used is now being investigated by Paypal.
You state you are from Texas and you are using an anonymous ip address. Please still remember you are being tracked down for your multiple fake online defamation posts. Anybody can clearly tell that you are not from the United States just by looking at the way you posted your fake report. Your grammar is awful and you are the same person that has been attacking PG based on the way you write. Multiple reports from the same person using different ip addresses and fake names.
The problem here is ripoffreport does not take down any reports so the same user can submit as many as they wish.

This time you tried to be clever by using a Paypal account hacked and trying to use fake score reports. We are close to you and you will soon be responsible.
