I bought used 2011 Nissan Altima from Passport Nissan of MD on 12/11/2012. Saw the car around 7:00pm, was getting dark could not clearly see the car. I took a short test drive, and we went in to make a deal. The car was not inspected so they delivered it the next day.

  When I drove the car the day after delivery, I noticed a chip in the front windshield and the AUX device was not working, so, i called and told them about it. long story short. It is March and I sent a letter 3 weeks ago, and still no response. I have not received my hard plates and the (paper tags are expired).

When I was pulled over in January 2013 of Montgomery County, I was told by the officer, that the car came back stolen?!? But, the dealership never told me that.

I sent a letter to the dealership about the problems and went over after 30days, to see what they would do. I ended up getting my radio replaced and window chip repaired.
