 My mother died in July and we started noticing a charge on her credit card (from USA Bank) for this company. When we contacted the credit card company they "couldn't " give us contact information for this company. Since we couldn't get in contact with the company, we stopped paying the credit card. It only took this alleged company seven months to get back with us and inform us that they would be renewing this account and we would be responsible for the charges. Funny thing is, my mother was home bound for a couple of years before her death, so I can only assume that this charge was something that she did not authorize. I called them to try to get them to cancel the account and they were extremely rude and refused to send the information and contact information needed to stop these charges. According to the person I spoke to, the account was paid up to October, three months after she died. The way I see it, they owe me about a hundred dollars for their BS after July. The customer service person on the phone was extremely rude. That may be the way they do things in Chicago but they would do better If they were just a little bit nicer and weren't such a fraud.
