Complaint Review: PASTOR ANDRE LOPEZ - Internet

I EMAILED THE SCAM ARTIST FROM A RECENT POST AD HE PUT ON CRIAGSLIST INDICTING HE WAS A PASTOR SEEKING A TENANT FOR A HOME IN SMYRNA.  IT IS A 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH FOR 875.00 A MONTH. AFTER INQUIRING WITHIN DAYS I RECEIVED THIS EMAIL:

We are pleased that you have an interest in our house, our lovelyhomeisstill available for rent and we want responsible adults/family that are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were theirs. The initial plan was to sell out the house through the realtor, which i did, but later my wife advice me not to sell the house that many people are out there that are homeless or that probably need a place to call home. I reasoned with her and accepted her advice. So I contacted the realtor and requested for my keys and documents of the house to be sent back to me here in Texas. I am currently here in Texas on a missionary trip with the United Methodist Church (UMC). I am telling you this should in case you find the house on another website for sale, that is the old advertisement by the realtor and also the house is not for sell anymore, its now for rent. As a matter of fact, I am handling the renting myself, because my wife and I want to be sure of whom will be taking over the property in our absence. Also if you notice, you will discover that the price we are offering the house for rent is far below standard price and this is because we are really not after the rental fee but an absolute care for the property in our absence is what we are concerned about and also as a Christian family that we are, we believe and want the house to be a blessing to the person or family who will take over the house in our absence. I know there is no way I can be sure that you are the right person or family to live in the house because we won't be able to see physical before sending you the keys and other relevant documents to occupy the home but we believe Almighty God will bring to us the right person whom will take over the house and also take proper care of the house in our absence. My house is available for immediate occupancy and should in case you drive by the house and see a sign there, you have nothing to worry about it belongs to the realtor handling the property before i took over it myself, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about but am sure it must have been removed by now.

AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS, I WAS TEXTED AGAIN ABOUT MY INTEREST IN THE HOME. AFTER THE CONVERSATION STRUCK A ALARM , I DECIDED TO POST IT. I AM NOT SURE BUT I WOULD HATE FOR ANYONE TO LOSE MONEY BECAUSE THIS IS A SCAM. I LOOKED UP THE TAX RECORDS OF THE TRUE HOME OWNER AND ASKED THIS IMPOSTER QUESTIONS HE COULDNT ANSWER. I HOPE IT HELPS SOMEONE NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
