It appears that I have made an unfortunate misrepresentation of Pat Necerato and his company, the "Instant" Chiropractic Marketing System. There has been a misunderstanding on my part and I would wish it to be known that Pat Necerato has been absolved of all and any accusations of professional misconduct. His company is reputable and reliable and is in no way a consumer risk. I am publicly apologizing for the misunderstanding and misrepresentation of Mr. Necerato's business and business practice. I would like to extend this apology to any and all who have researched Mr. Necerato's business and found this filed complaint. I am aware of several businesses in my area that are currently using Pat Necerato's marketing system and are not having any problems. This is because Pat's business is sound and reputable. Hello, Pat Necerato here creator of the Instant Chiropractic Marketing System. First, I want to say that I am thankful for sites such as rip off report for helping consumers identify good companies and to stay away from problem companies. The accusations in this issue is that Dr. Cole was mislead by our company, was promised a refund and did not get one. This is partially correct. He did request a refund. However, he was not mislead. In fact, he did not qualify for one because he did not use our system at all. He ordered, we created over 41 automated systems and websites for him, he used one component of the system, failed-and then wanted his money back sticking us with all the work and effort in creating his system. We have thousands of clients, and after successfully doing over 10 years of business, many of them who have been with us the entire time, we have an impeccable reputation for refunds and customer service. We have two full time staff members who help our clients non stop all day and assist them with any questions they have. The system is so simple to use, much of the time spent is with new clients that do not know how to use a computer.
