Actually had the displeasure of living with this woman. She practices "mental health/ psychic therapy" out of her s**+**y apartment. She is a total fraud; however, even scarier is the fact that she believes she is psychic yet refers to herself as "having psychotic capacities" like she doesn't even understand the difference between the two words.
