In April of 2007 we inquired about a horse Patricia Wilson of Avinger ,Texas had for sale on the internet. She advertised an 8 yr. old gelding. Per her add, he works well with anyone and any age. Used on a working MT. ranch. Safe w/water, over ditches, deep gullys, and traffic safe. Super quiet to ride insides or outside an arena. He was born 05-10-1999 Tempermant 1. He clips, baths, trims, stands for mounting. He has no bad vices.he does not weave, buck, rear, or bolt. He is forgiving for beginner riders. This is part of what she had in the ad.

When my wife contacted her, she said this horse was kid safe and had been used as a child training horse for the last year or so. Perfectly safe for anyone. We were'nt able to go look at the horse so bases upon her description of the horseand we thought, sincerety, we wired her the money. When the horse showed up, he only hadtwo shoes on the rear which were about to fall off like the front ones had already done. He was very jumpy and hard to handle. The coggins the delivery driver gave me was out of date and not in Paticia Wilsons name. It was the correct goggins for the horse, just out of date.

I decided to call the person listed on the coggins and found out the horse had been traded to a car lot in February. In fact the horse had been a stud up to about a year ago. The owner had tried tio break the horse, but he was to stubborn and would rear up. He finally trade the horse for a down payment a car Feb 28. Patricia Wilson had him for sale by the next month. This means she only had the horse for 2 months at the most. She had misrepresented the horse in the ad. She continuied to lie about it after we confronted her. This woman will tell you anything. She could have gotten us really hurt. We had a professional ride the horse, and he would plant his feet and wouldn't go. When he would go, he would tense up and hop around. This horse isn't broke and never was. Paticia Wilson refused to give us our money back . Be wary of this person. She is a crook.

I myself was taken by Patricia Wilson and several others. Whats weird that all these people she is selling these kid broke ,gentle horses "don't know how to ride "as she saids", seems her ideal of kid broke ,or 4-h youth horses are ones that are not well trained ,rear and buck .Evidiently she must not have no concious. Her main ads or these well trained horses for kids ,all with being #1 rated as far as the horses over all being , #1 meaning the calmest and #10 meaning high strong. She knows its hard to find a really good kid horse so thats why she is doing this. People are believing what she is saying because not very many people would be willing to sell kid horses knowing that a kid could kid hurt. She is one of a kind. What ever she saids beware. I have turned her in to the BBB,Texas Ranger, Texas Animal Health Commision, www.1c3.gov and to my sheriff departmart . Vets that have found out what she is doing around her will not accept her back. The lies she told me went on and on.

I sold this horse to buyer honestly with No Written Guarantee Nor VERBAL Guarantee I sold this horse to buyer honestly and without a contract. Our contract states they can come and ride the horse and have a professional vet check done before purchasing. It is very hard sometimes when you are selling horses sight unseen to know if that person can ride the horse they are buying or will be happy with it..we can only do the best we can. Customer called me and said he was prettier than his photo and had no complaints of his size at that time. We are many thousands of miles away and all our customer are aware that horses being shipped this far are sold without a contract of no refunds...once a horse leaves our facility we have no idea how it is ridden and what is happening to this horse. This horse was a very sweet, easy to catch, great mannered gelding. He was sold as being around 16 hds..approximately...so we did not lie about the size. We sent many current photos of this gelding. We sell a lot of family horses and of course people have different opinions on what is good broke, well broke, green, bpombproof etc... responsive..etc...not saying anyone is right or wrong. We have customers emailing us all the time of photos of horses purchased from us that are winning State 4-h shows, being used as pets, trail riding..etc. Far more happy customers than unhappy. There is also a group of persons who have a personal (family) vindeta in which they are starting slander posts I will address those seperatley.
