Complaint Review: Patrick Boggs - Union Springs New York

I am the Mother of the 18yr. old named in this complaint. I dated this woman's husband and was with him for many years. The Property Tracie is referring to is a property her now husband, and I were remodeling. I had sunk over 12,000 dollars into this property. I was not happy in the relationship with her now husband, so I walked away from the property, but not without getting a legal document signed by my ex-boyfriend, stating that he owed me 12,000, and would pay me the money according to the terms in our agreement. He paid me a couple of payments and then stopped paying me. I could not afford civil court, and thought it best to take him to small claims. I did, and WON. I thought small claims was better than nothing, Well.... I still have not been paid. I have all documentation to prove what I am saying!!! My kids and I left some things at the property, and with the permission of Joe Smith. He at the time did not have a problem with us storing it there until I took him to small claims court, and WON my case. My son, wanted the things he had left there, so he went to the house to see if he could get it. My son did NOT take one thing from the property, because Joe was not home. I have the complete police report, and the accusations this woman has made is an outright LIE!!! At no time did my son get even close to my old house. He stepped 2 steps inside the garage, (The door was open) and yelled for Joe, and then walked around the barn to see if Joe was out there. The barn is approx. 12 ft away from the garage . It was pure vindictiveness on Joe's part pressing charges against my son. He was angry because I won my case. The police didn't tell me my son hadn't taken anything, and I was upset to think my son would steal... The judge was going to release my son, and his friend, and I requested he spend some time in jail. I wanted him to learn his lesson. He spent 2-3 days in jail, before I bailed him out. It wasn't until I bailed him, that I found out he didn't take anything. Tracie claims that my son confessed to stealing from them for over a year!????! Come on now... at least if you are going to LIE, make it a good one. I have the documentation to prove this is FALSE!!! My son and this other boy had to spend time in jail, quit sports their last year of high school, they did community service, and their names were smeared all over.. To Tracie, and Joe Smith... I am going to take you to court, and my son is going to as well. You can look forward to hearing from my attorney and I can assure you this report will be proven FALSE, and We will receive restitution for this False Report you have made. Have you heard of defamation of character?? Oh.. for the record.. Tracie made another claim that I was a stripper... Well., I danced for a few years, and made a TON of money! Joe enjoyed helping me count it. As far as this statement "We were not even granted any restitution because his mother performed favors to certain people." Maybe we should ask the Judge, Distract Attorney, Police Officers involved if favors were preformed? I am sure they will find this Statement interesting, and they may want to look into this claim. What do you think? I am ready to prove all I have said with documentation, and will proceed further with taking court action against person/persons involved in this report.
