Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On February 9th 2008 My husband and I went to go look at a white 4 door "97" Plymoth Voyager with 81,000 miles. We were told that the Plymoth had no problems even had a new rebuilt Trans in it. That Patrick had installed his self. My husband and my self had asked him ok so whats wrong with it. His response was nothing. We have a couple of teenagers and figured that it was time for something bigger.

After thinking about the Plymoth my husband and I figure that it would be a good thing to go and buy the "97" Plymoth. We have never had a car in the past and with 3 children that are small we would need somthing to hold all of us in. We paid $2500. which seems like a good price since it was used anyway and didn't have a lot of miles. Simce it was the weekend and a Saturday we figured that we could pick up the van on Monday Afternoon to go take it to MVA. We were told that the van would be detailed in side and cleaned on the outside. As well as they would have the car inspected.

SO long and behold we called Patrick that Monday morning to set up a time to pick the van up and told well it's not inspected yet even though we payed for it to be which was to be done on Sunday the 11th. NOpe not done and keep in mind thatit was 12pm at this time. Patrick then said well I'll have the people next door do the inspection on it. We kept calling and calling and then around 3pm we were able to pick the van up.

When we got their the van was still not done and far from being cleaned in side and out. I was told that if I wanted it detailed then they could do it for $300. Well why should I pay anything more when I was told that it would be done. The check ingine light wount go off and I asked why he said oh it just needs to be turned off but their is nothing wroung with it don't worry. I'm a mother of 3 and want to make sure my children are safe in every way.

I have found out so far that the van has some issues going on. To start off the van needs a new trans as well as new wireing. It goes from 2,3 and jumps right in to 4th gear with a jurk. I was told that it will cost me anywere from $1500. to $3000. My van will not past Maryland Inspections. So that means that I have until june to come up with almost $3000 to fix the problems. I called Patrick back since he said that he would be able to work on my van if their was any problems. His response back was stop playing for real their's nothing wrong with the van. Then he said let me give you a call back and I can hook you up with somebody who can work on it for you. Well I still haven't heard anything back as of yet and its been 2 weeks. I have called and no response even left a couple of messages.

So I guess the morall of my store is when you see this man stay far away from him and his business. I fell that if your going to sell something then you need to give all info to the person who may want to buy your items. Let them decide if they want to still buy it or not. But guess thats not in the real world and that's not how things work. This so called man will never have any respect from my family of any kind. TO take advanage of somebody is just wrong on so many levels. When I took the Van to be loolked at I was told by 3 differant Mechanics that the perosn who installed the trans had no clue what they were doing and did a really bad job at it.
