Patriot Electric Chad Rutledge Failure to complete job and work paid for not done correctly Camdenton Missouri
Chad Rutledge and Patriot electric was hired to supply new wiring from our house to the dock, inspect the wiring on our dock and make any changes/upgrades to make sure our dock was safe and met code. He claimed to complete the work and was paid. We also paid him to move our electric service from the front of our house to the garage.
It was then discovered he never had the proper permits. When he found out that we new about the permits he never came back to complete the job. We ended up paying another company to come in and finish the job. Upon their inspection it was discovered that the work Chad had claimed he did was never done. I finally was able to reach Chad again by contacting his wife. At this point Chad blamed everyone else but himself, because rude and angry and eventually threatened me.

I was never hired by this individual. There is no record of this person writing me one single check. Nor can they produce any receipts. I was hired by a general contractor to do some work. The general contractor failed to pay me and so works ceased. The general contractor was consequently sued for $74,000. The customer may have given the general contractor funds to pay for electrical work however I did not receive payment as scheduled, so work was terminated. The issue is with the general contractor not my company.
