I was nearly convinced to not order some parts from Pat's Engine because of some of the bad reports I read, but they had by far the lowest prices so I took a chance. I immediately received an order confirmation, but after a week I didn't get my parts yet. I called the toll free number and the representative at Pat's was very patient and helpful, and found out for me that they were waiting for an out-of-stock ignition coil. She called me back the next day that it had come in and my order had shipped out. I received my order the next day and everything was correct in the shipment and intact. I just wish they had sent me a backorder notification, but overall it was a good experience and I saved a lot of money. I would recommend to anyone to call instead of sending an e-mail if there are any issues, I would guess they are a smaller outfit and get behind on responding to messages. I would order from them again.
