i am another victim of paul and tracy. i had some wonderful ponies. they were in our family for 4 years, some of which i rescued. my neice out grew the ponies and wanted a barrel horse so we sold paul and tracy our ponies and got a so called barrel horse. when they came to our house to look at the ponies they told us they were a rescue and they would find loving homes for our ponies. they told us they would even go to the homes of the new buyers to make sure they were going to approved homes. we then took the 2 tenessee walkers just for a trial period and when we decided to send 1 back the whole deal went bad. they didnt want to pay us for the ponies and accused us of neglect and being too stupid to have horses ect. when they found out i was going to push the issue with them they sent some, but i dont know which ones, to slaughted. i was devistated. i took them to court in snyder county and won my case but of course i never got my money. since this has happened to me i have had numerous calls from people dealing with the same problem. i am not telling anyone not to buy from them but i am telling you to find more out before you do. go to the court house in clearfileld county or snyder county and you can find alot of things out. i know they are in other counties also but im not sure which ones. till this day i can never forgive myself for letting my ponies go. they trusted me and i left them down.

O yes poor Janet traded 4 of her ponies to me for a walking horse but she failed to tell everyone the type of ponies she traded. Well these ponies had to be run into a trailer because she NEVER handled them, she never had them vet checked, she never has their feet trimmed, SHE DONE NOTHING TO THEM EXCEPT CAUSE DAMAGE. After 3 hours of rounding these crazy asses up except for one of them we took them home and done what we could with them. If u look at all of her photos they are all running not being ridden. These ponies were in extreme need of human contact and they wasnt happy about it. Our vet then came out to knock them out to do feet and vacanate them and told us to becareful someone was gonna get hurt.
The next thing i know this nut job is crying over her ponies who she loved so d**n much she gave them away. WOW DO YOU GIVE YOUR KIDS AWAY TOOO? I have heard so much of you people crying over your own mistakes and you blaming us for you making a decision your not happy with that i could just puke!!! I DONT CALL YOU TO COME BUY A HORSE U CALL ME! I DONT SIGN YOUR CHECKS YOU DO!!!!! Everyone makes their own choices in life and because you make a bad one im to blame and you wanna cry....
Point being is make your decisions in life carefully not in just buying a horse. You are your own person and nobody tells you to buy from us. If you read this s**t and believe so be it, i dont want people like you around our farm. So to all who sells ANYTHING to people like this BEWARE they are like a fly on a pile of garbage, they all gather around cause something smells. AND THEY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO EXCEPT BLAME OTHERS. GEEEE JANET WHERE ARE YOUR PONIES??????
