My BMW needed repairs done to the body, I got a estimate from Paul Miller and told it would take around 4 days to a week. I agreed to have the car repaired. I dropped off the car before I went on vacation giving them 2 weeks to fix a 1 week job.

When I returned from vaction to pick up the car it was not done. I asked for the car back but the Manager of the place said its in the body shop garage and he didn't have a key.

I asked for a BMW laoner car but there was no more available. I then wanted something to drive while my car is being held up, so they agreed to rent me a car and said they would pay for it. After a total of 4 1/2 weeks I get my car back and hand in the rental. # weeks later I get a bill for the rental car.

I called the dealership and they told me since my insurance has rental they decied to charge it to me. I told them I signed a rental agreement with the rental car company saying PAul Miller BMW was paying and now you go change it. I refused to pay the bill. They said they woudl look into it but I have not heard from them since.

Don't ever buy or have your car repaired here. The management staff is the worst, the will tell you anything to get you out of their face!

I have filed insurance fraud claim to DCJ, I have filed a complaint to the BBB and now here. I want the whole world to be warned about these crooks!

THE CUSTOMERS INSURANCE PAID FOR 45% OF HIS RENTAL BILL . THE REMAINDER OF THE BILL HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO BMW . I HAVE SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER AND EXPLAINED THAT PAUL MILLER BMW WILL REFUND CUST FOR WHAT HE WAS CHARGED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE RENTAL THAT WAS CHARGED TO HIS CREDIT CARD , CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE DOES WANT TO REMAIN A CUSTOMER OF PAUL MILLER BMW BUT WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS PROBLEM HANDLED ASAP, I ASSURED HIM IT WOULD BE HANDLED BY 8/6/01
