There are some things you do in life that you wish you could undo. Unfortunately, I cannot retract my complaint against the San Francisco Exchange Company (SFX Preferred Resorts) on RipoffReport.com. It's against RipoffReport.com's policy and conflicts with their business model.
When I wrote my complaint, I was angry, confused and suffering from a bad case of buyer's remorse. Since that time, I have come to know that the San Francisco Exchange Company is a fair, honest and straightforward company. All of their terms and conditions are on line and they are very clear and readable as well.
I have also learned that my complaints should have been directed at third party sales organizations, or even individual salesmen of those third parties, and not the provider of the product. Also, my wife and I were uninformed buyers who, on the spur of the moment, bought a leisure product we were not prepared to, or even understood how to, take advantage of.
In the end, we have been made whole by the San Francisco Exchange for our own shortcomings, our own misunderstandings, and the sales tactics of others. We greatly appreciate it. Thank you to the San Fransisco Exchange Company (DBA-SFX Preferred Resorts)
