I havew purchased three wigs from Paula Young in four months. Two were delivered fine and were of very good quality. Customer service is pleasant and helpful. The third wig-delivered at Thanksgiving and tracking number from Poost Office indicates was delivered (to a large apt. building, lobbby probably) and is missing. Paula Young guarantees you'll receive. Not the case.
Phoned three times-rthey disconnect. Sent two emails-they don't respond. Last call this a.m., they want me to pay once again and they'll refund once I say I've received it. Well, never heard of this before. No other business does this. And.......let's face it. They have hung up and not returned emails.
