Pawnee Leasing Corporation Deceptive, lying, crooked. Increasing interest, changing terms and charging a fee for no proof of ins even after receiving it from our agent Fort Collins, Colorado
Pawnee is a huge ripoff. I don't understand how they can continue to stay in business after so many complaints.
We started with direct Capitol to help with purchasing new equipment for our Gym. Everyone seemed nice and helpful until they sold out to Pawnee leasing corporation.
Pawnee never disclosed the interest rate, and told us there is no fee or extra charges for paying off early.
So far they have ripped us off big time! We borrowed 19,000 have paid 1400.00 a month for a year now and still owe 14,000? How is that even possible?!!
Also, at random times, they take over 200.00 from our account for no proof of insurance even after our agent has faxed the information, twice. They claim "something is missing" from the insurance document. It's just another way to steal money from your account!
The up front charges were astronomical! We have already paid an enormous amount for our equipment!
I guess this is how they can afford to stay in business, they steal money from your account and there is not a thing you can do to stop them.
So for now, we are filing a civil lawsuit, anybody who has been cheated by this company is more than welcome to join the fight!
