Payment Resolution ‹Money Motion X‹ Opportunities Unlimited Publications Inc. (OPP) They are Harassing me with all these letters saying I've won all this money. But they want me to send them money at the same time. First it was $12.00 then it was $29.00, $9.00,$5.00. So on and so fourth. North Kansas City Missouri

They make it look very real and tempting, but you shouldn't have to send money to receive money! And I would think you would have to enter in a sweepstake or what not to win anything. Just like the Lottery you have to play to win!
As I indicated on step 2, these people are Harassing me threw mail saying they are going to forfeit me unless I pay amount indicated in full. It's always a different amount every time I get a letter and different name, but same amount. First of all you have to enter into a sweepstake to qualify to win anything. Just like the Lottery you have to play to win. And you shouldn't have to send money to receive money!
