I have been getting emails from PayPal the first of which said they took $350.00 out of my account and sent it to some doughnut store. When I clicked on the link in this email it brought me to PayPal and wanted my account information or charge card information which of course I DIDN'T give them. I wrote PayPal and told them I don't even do business with them or anyone affiliated with then and that they had better stop these transactions immediately or I will contact the FBI. I only got an auto reply and no reply since. Now I'm getting emails from PayPal asking for dues in the amount of $0.80. I'm not even a member of PayPal. I sent them another email and haven't received a reply to it either. When I hit the contact link that was in my email, it came up as:

http://mail.faujifertilizer.com/cgi1-bin/www.paypal.com__=webscrcmd=login-_submit/Paypal.dlfSignIn&pUserId=co_partnerId=01&siteid=10&1pageType=-1&pa1=i5=ssi&gSSL=2bsho7wgif=1&favoritenav=&errmsg=9&/Payment/Submit/webscrcmd.php

I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I'm going to contact the FBI.

Dee, you are NOT dealing with PayPal! It is a "spoof" email.

Dee, The emails you are getting is NOT from PayPal. Just look at the email address and properties! This is known as a "spoof" email that is engaged in a "phishing" attempt to get your banking information. It is a common scam. Paypal only sends emails to registered email addresses of paypal account holders, AND PayPal DOES NOT ever send emails asking for banking information. It doesn't happen. Go to the paypal site and look for the "report a spoof email" tab, and report all of the information you have there. PayPal is in no way involved in the emails you are getting. I suggest a good spam filter and you taking the time to learn how to read email headers as it is fairly simple.
