I have just discovered that the company I purchased a product from does not ship to users with an "Unconfirmed Address" on their PayPal account. Apparently this is the case for all international accounts mine included. The status of the order was marked as completed immediatly after the transaction, therefore there was no chance in canceling it.
I contacted both PayPal and the company I purchased the product from. I have received no responce from the company and received notice from PayPal that the only posible method to obtain a refund is by contacting the company and request that they use the PayPal refund services to refund the purchase price. I am now at the mercy of a company that only sends automated responces to all emails. Please help! What can I do to retrieve my money?
