I shall make my point plain and clear.

Paypal, the company established by the internet giants ebay are currently being investigated by a number of regulatory bodies globally in a violation of 'fait use policy' and 'global fairtrade law'.

Since the collapse of their primary investment corp Gentech in late 2006, a strategy implemented by the CEO of the company a Mr Elliot Sniezell to initially prevent fraudulent appropriation of funds for criminal use, deteriorated as they realised other online payment systems had obtained a substantial lead within e-commerce networks.

The first step began at ebay via the ebaypartnernetwork. Clients who onced earned considerable as established business persons found that after the transfer of control from commission junction an overall 'unpresidented' reducation in capital growth from 9% per annum to -78%.

An affiliate who once earned $9878 per month via ebay would now expect to earn $678 as these ruthless individuals saw they could rapidly cream profits and increase marketing/advertising revenue.

Paypal following suit now ask for feedback reception before completing any transaction, allowing a stock pile of $1,387,967 to accumulate per month as many clients pay for items which are not received and funds therefore cannot be transferred as feedback is not possible.

Paypal has significant operations in Omaha, Nebraska; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Austin, Texas in the U.S.; India; Dublin, Ireland; and Berlin, Germany, and now also in Tel-Aviv, Israel after PayPal acquired an Israeli startup called FraudSciences [3] for $169 million.[4] As of July 2007, across Europe, PayPal also operates as a Luxembourg-based bank.

This is perhaps the biggest 'scam's' in e-commerce, yet many are unaware.

Take note, do not use Paypal to pay ebay fees, goods or online purchases at all costs.

Ebay continues to operate within reason, but do NOT under any circumstance join the affiliate program and always pay for goods by means other than Paypal.

In September 2003, PayPal filed suit against Bank One Corporation for patent infringement. PayPal claimed that Bank One's online bill-payment system was an infringement against their online bill-payment patent issued in 1998. PayPal filed the suit after a warning to the bank's lawyers in February went unabated.[47]

In November 2003, AT&T filed suit against eBay and PayPal claiming that their payment systems infringed an AT&T patent filed in 1991 and granted in 1994.[48]

In March 2004, PayPal and New York state's Attorney General, Eliot Spitzer, came to an agreement to require PayPal to disclose clients' rights and liabilities more accurately and to pay $150,000 to the state of New York for penalties and the costs of the investigation.

# Facebook received its first angel investment from Peter Thiel.

# Clarium Capital Management is a hedge fund run by Peter Thiel. Principal partners at Clarium include Ken Howery and Luke Nosek, both of whom were among the earliest employees at PayPal.

# Slide was founded by Max Levchin, Jared Kopf, and former PayPal board member Scott Banister.

# Yelp was founded by Jeremy Stoppelmann, former VP of Engineering at PayPal, and Russ Simmons, one of the first employees at PayPal. Yelp is funded by Max Levchin.

# YouTube (now owned by Google) was founded by Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim, all of whom were early employees at PayPal. YouTube is funded by Sequoia Capital. Roelof Botha, the former CFO of PayPal, is a partner of Sequoia Capital who sits on YouTube's board of directors.

We expect the next fine will be significantly increased.
