The companies that I will mention herein have made agreements amongst themselves in order to freely enable them access to natural peoples' personal funds/accounts whenever, however and for any or no reason at all. They cover eachothers' asses by "passing the buck" or when a customer realizes what these companies are really up to, then these companies quickly brush it off, cancel cards and send new ones etc. as if the "potential fraud" never happened or was never going to happen. 

Please note: When I speak of "Paypal-Prepaid Mastercard" this is NOT to be confused with PayPal (PayPal.com) or Mastercard (Mastercard.com). The companies I am referring to in this report are exactly as I state them and not, as far as I am concerned, associated with Paypal or Mastercard.

These companies are known as follows and, as I stated earlier, are all connected, working for the same people and should all be associated with eachother, as one in the same company:

PayPal-Prepaid Mastercard (paypal-prepaid.com)                                              Redflag #1: There is NO direct contact info to be found anywhere on this website  except for the mail-to address which can only be found by clicking the tiny link at the bottom of the site which opens up a PDF file for "Bancorp Privacy Practices" and this address (PO Box 2136 Austin TX) is none other than that of the exact same address as, you guessed it, "NetSpend." Starting to see the common denominator yet? Strange huh?

I could spend a couple hours describing in detail the situations where, on a few different occasions, these companies tried to pull a fast one and use their company access ability to use my personal info for fraudulent agendas. However, you can just look up any of these companies on any of your friendly online forums, and see plenty of stories telling what they do to natural peoples' identity and even more so, their money. I am going to let the voices of the millions of effected consumer peoples speak for themselves and thus you can make your decisions off the info I give here (perfect for your research needs) and combine the filtered complaints you can find everywhere online.

All I want to say is that no matter what situation, no matter who you think  you know or more importantly what you think you know about a company, business owner, etc. It is absolutely the most important thing before you sign any agreement, form etc. and enter into a contract binding relationship with any company or person, to thoroughly research to the most insane darkest deepest parts, and in doing so, forget everything you have previously thought, learned, been told by friends, media, the world and come to a conclusion on your own; analysing the best you can and filter every resource to counjer up a factual basis on which you can stand firm in deciding who you do business with. Do you homework. Know who works for who, Read Privacy Policies/Terms Conditions/ Security etc. on every and all websites (at least scroll through them and pin point capitalized company names, numbers, dates, fees, etc), scroll to the very bottom of every website before you get lured in by attractive advertising methods, and look at the copyright date of the company (year), a good thing to look for are sites that have "from year-year" copyrights (eg.: Copyright 1995-2013), in general, a company site will have been around for more than a couple years. When was the last time the site was updated with info? is there LIVE action?  is it easy to find direct contact info? A minor redflag to be aware of are sites that A) have only the current year as the copyright (not extremely bad, however a brand new site could mean pump & dump operation), B) no copyright date at all (very bad-leave immediately), as well as C) if you dont see a phone number anywhere, bad news.
