These are the emails we have sent after we ordered a part, never received it, and were charged.

We ordered an Asus A8N-SLI PREMIUM Socket939/PCI-Express/2GL Motherboard on March 1st. We paid for 2 day shipping, but still have not received the part. However, you did charge us for the part on March 4th for $228.03(includes shipping). We need to either get the part or cancel the order, but we need to talk to someone. We have not had any response from messages left or previous emails. Thanks,

I sent this messsage over a week ago, I need to hear from someone about this soon. We paid for two day shipping in early march, never recieved the product, and we were treated poorly by customer service when we called for status despite being charged for two day shipping. Please contact me ASAP.

I ordered a motherboard from their web site. 4 hours after the order was placed I received an email saying the credit card information had failed and go back to the web site and re-order. No way to contact them. Go back to the web site to see they raised the cost of the product by almost 20%. THE SAME DAY. Speak with your wallet and keep your money. They don't deliver.

There are several false stements in his rebuttal. We were never informed that the part had been discontinued, we were only yelled at when asking where the package was when we paid for overnight shipping. Why would you offer overnight shipping on something that cannot be delivered overnight. Again we were never contacted about this.

That package was never shipped to us to refuse, so I do not sure where that part of the story comes from. We finally asked to cancel the order april 7th since they still hd not shipped the part a month later, with no information given to us. We were told the order was cancelled and that our money would be refunded. If the order was cancelled, so how did we refuse the package? We never received the refund from the company, I had to go to our credit comapny and report fraud. I do not think it is fair for them to pay for you not refunding our money.  No one ever contacted me about the refund or gave any info besides, "it has been forwarded to our accounting department and answered by the end of the day."

It is completely false to say there has been no contact since April 16th, and if they look at our ticket history you can see that there was plenty of contact after April, going in to July as follows:

We clearly have available for all customers to see on our website and on every products page the description and time frame to obtain your order. If this is not suitable for any customer the order will not be placed.

You placed your order on March 1, 2010, On March 3rd,2010 we approved your order, you emailed asking us about the status and we informed you that these are discontinued items no longer available in the US market for several years and that we had to transfer from our warehouse in China. All this is mentioned on the website and at checkout prior to purchase the units. We had expalined this information to the customer.

Customer was upset and made constant threats to us, which are not true, if you order online you have to read the descriptions and timeframes, availability etc.

We deal with many, many companies Locally and International that order and understand that these units are no longer available and they will wait the time frame needed to process the order.

Customer continued to threat, wanted a refund when we informed him the package was shipped. From the date ordered to time shipped was 8 business days, exactly the time frame mentioned on the website for this unit.

He refused the pacjage, he contacted his credit card company and received his money on March 16th, 2010.

We have had no other contact with this customer after this chargeback. he states he has been contacting us with no reply in April 2010 which is FALSE. He has had his money sine March 2010 and still continues to create problems that as far as we are concerned were solved.

I think the customer should really get his correct story straight and stop inventing or making accusations that are not true.
